Paramount A sues paparazzi for unauthorized use of photography
The photographer Ronnie Adams, who works for the JFX paparazzi agency, filed a lawsuit against the production company Paramount.
The demand is because Paramount abusing one of his photographs in the movie Iron Man The photograph in question is one that Adams took in May 2007 on the set of the film, it is Iron Man's character through a grating, and the photographer argues that it is the same photo that appears in a fake newspaper that supports the character of Robert Downey Jr. in a scene.

The lawsuit does not provide financial compensation for the time, but if you are requesting to delete the scene on the DVD version, publicity or any video game.
