Seminar contemporary photography 2008 (Mexico)

Seminar invites the contemporary photography 2008, which is aimed at photographers, students of visual arts and stakeholders who have a body of work or who have already performed works of photography and author of seeking to develop a creative project, as well as forge a personal language in the photo.
The deadline for the delivery of portfolios for the preselection is May 2, 2008, and the seminar will be held from June 5 to November 17, 2008.
REQUIREMENTS
Aspirants to the SFC will pass through two stages of selection:
1. Introduction of a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 digital images at 72 dpi in jpg format, with a minimum size of 15 inches. and 20 cms. up by the largest side, attaching a brief resume and description of the idea of a project to develop during the seminar in Word format (will not be the final draft to develop, only calling for a sketch).
This information must be delivered on a CD in the Department of Education from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:00 hrs. and 16:00 to 18:00 hrs.
Not be given portfolios in power point presentation or flash or outside the agreed dates. Deadline for delivery of portfolios for the pre: May 2, 2008.
2. Participants who have been pre-selected will be notified by the Department of Education 15 and May 16. Must be submitted to an interview for the second stage of selection, which will take place on 19 and May 20. Must submit at least 5 of the images that were sent to the first stage of selection in impressions of a minimum size of 8 x 10 inches.
Applicants accepted into the SFC will be notified 08 days 22 and May 23. Registrations will be open from May 26 until June 5. During this period the accepted applicants must make an initial payment of $ 1988.50 for inclusion in the list of the group.
Note: The thematic content and technology portfolios to be displayed for selection, is on trial and responsibility of applicants who submit. Once confirmed receipt of the portfolio by the Department of Education does not allow any changes.
The selected participants should have access to a computer to work the images in some phases of the seminar.
