New firmware for cameras Panasonic DMC-L1

Hello, recently I purchased one in Japan lumiz Panasonic TZ3, has selectable languages as English and Japanese.
There is a version that has all European languages including Spanish, which is what interests me.
There is no way to get this firmware? someone knows how to download the firmware of a camera to a PC and then put it on my own?
The Panasonic spend literally me, it's a shame but that is the technical service (NoSabeNoContesta). which have to currarmelo for myself.
