BASES
FIRST: Object
1. The City Council Sax, through the Department of Social Welfare, Culture and Youth, convened the Third Photo Contest "Holidays in Solidarity", for non-professional authors.
SECOND: Participants, Theme and features the works
2. Competition may contribute to how many people want it.
3. The technique will be free, and the photographs should be reflected in a clear conducting a voluntary social action on a person or group, conducted during the summer holidays 2006.
4. The works submitted must be unpublished, unpublished and not winning earlier in any other competition.
5. The minimum size of the photographs is 20 x 30 cm. and a maximum of 30 x 40 cm, will be submitted mounted on white cardboard larger than 3 cm in maximum. to the pictures.
6. No photographs were allowed to contest winning in previous contests.
THIRD: Presentation of the work, admission and selection
7. Each author can participate with a maximum of 3 works. The photographs bear a slogan on the back. For each work presented an envelope to be attached to the outside will go the same theme and in its interior, the registration form contained in these bases, completed and enclosing a photocopy of the identity card of the author.
8. In the photos presented are accompanied by a brief description of experience made solidary in order to illustrate the exhibition.
9. In the event that these requirements are not fulfilled at the time of submission of work, they will be rejected by the jury.
10. The packaging and transportation will be borne by the bidder, both in delivery and in its collection. The City Council will Sax great care with the works once formally received until the time of departure from them.
11. The photos will be delivered at the Center for Youth Information (ICJ), from 11 to Sept. 29, 2006 (Monday to Friday, in time of 11 to 15 hours). It also can be sent by mail to:

FOURTH: Awards and Exhibition of works
12. Was down 3 Awards:
- A First prize, endowed with 600 Euros.
- One Second prize, endowed with 450 Euros.
- One participant Prize for the best local, endowed with 300 Euros.
13. The awards will be held on October 20, 2006 at the opening ceremony of the Exhibition of Photographs which will be held at the Multipurpose Hall of the Chamber of Young Sax at 20.00.
14. With the works received there will be two exhibitions, one in the Chamber of Young Sax, from 19 to Oct. 31. And the other in the HEI Sax from 6 to Nov. 17.
FIFTH: Treatment works, jury and final rules
15. The winning works are the property of the City Council Sax, who has the right to later use if indicating the author's name.
16. The work must be rewarded not withdrawn by their authors, from November 27 to December 1, the Information Center for Youth Sax, Monday through Friday, from 11 hours to 15 hours. Once that period elapsed, the organization is not responsible for the works presented.
17. The jury is made up of members of the Municipal Corporation and by professionals in the world of photography and art. Its composition will be announced the day of the awards ceremony. The verdict is final.
18. Participation in this contest implies the total acceptance of these bases.
