CONTEST RULES 2007
A-Goal
With this contest is intended to foster respect, care and dissemination of the rich biodiversity of the Sierra Calderona, as well as their cultural traditions through an activity that respects the environment and put in value of these resources, encouraging the general public to the realization this activity in nature.
B-Details
Reward photos included in the following ways:
1 - in front of Calderona Mountains NATURAL BIODIVERSITY AND IMAGE: pictures related to biodiversity landscapes, flora and / or fauna, as well as any other natural resource of the Sierra Calderona (landscapes, canyons, natural springs, etc.)..
2 - in front of Calderona Mountains CULTURE: pictures related to the cultural traditions of the Sierra Calderona and its municipalities, crafts, monuments and other historical and cultural buildings.
3 - NATURE OF ACTIVITIES IN THE SIERRA Calderon Images related activities in the Sierra Calderona, such as ecotourism (bird watching, nature interpretation, etc.). Hiking, horseback marches, bike tours, climbing, cycling, tree planting, and so on.
C-Participants
Individuals may participate, residents in Spain, regardless of their nationality.
D-Registration
Registration for the competition is free. The photographs must be unpublished, that is not published or submitted in the competition before.
E-Technical Requirements
All photographs are permitted to meet the technical requirements. Administrative
1 - is sent in a sealed envelope printing on photo paper whose size should be 50 cm. x 40 cm. with sufficient quality for possible reproduction.
2 - send in the original photos sent, if accompanied by a digital playback in digital file on CD, jpeg format.
3 - was placed on the outside of the envelope in the back of the picture printed, the type of application (Section B of the bases), title of the photo / film and the name of the specific location where the photo was made.
4 - was annexed the following information about the author inside the sealed envelope: Name, Last Name, identity card or passport, address, e-mail and phone.
5 - The photographs will be sent (free of charge) to the following address:

Admission of F-works
The deadline for acceptance of entries is on June 30, 2007, inclusive (postmark date). No photos are allowed to contest after that date.
G-Awards
There will be 2 types of awards:
Excellence Award: 1000 euros and a diploma for the best photograph submitted to the contest. (1 winner)
1st prize: 100 euros plus lunch / dinner for 2 persons and a diploma for the best photographs of each mode. (3 winners)
H-winning and not winning photograph
The images shown in competition, winning or not, may be played by the Sierra Calderona Foundation. unlimited in time and space exhibits, brochures, publications, magazines, or other promotional material related to the Sierra Calderona acknowledging at least the intellectual property of the authors.
I-Acceptance and reproduction rights
Participation in the front of Calderona Mountains PHOTO CONTEST III involves full acceptance of the bases of this contest, whose interpretation is the Sierra Calderona Foundation.
Reproduction rights: It is understood that all participants authorize unlimited systems, media and countries, the reproduction of their works without payment of duties. Contestants are responsible for absolutely no third party rights in the works, as well as any claim for image rights.
The resolution to be adopted by any occurrence not covered by these rules shall Sierra Calderona Foundation, who will decide the best approach, without any appropriate action.
