I Certamen National Disability photography (Spain)

National Photography Contest This is convened by the Foundation ANADE.
The purpose of these awards is to see the reality of people with mental disabilities, physical, sensory or mental illness.
To this end we call for professional photographers or those with concerns to show snapshots of these groups of people
I convened the National Photography Contest, we try to bring to society in general everyday situations of these people. To try to reflect this happy, dramatic, unique situations, portraits, urban obstacles hampering the mobility of disabled people, faces of joy and any moment in the life of people with disabilities or mental illness.
Being different is not less, is to have another point of view about things.
Therefore we want to provide a forum for participation by all the different people for us to show what they can imagine. For this reason we will exhibit the best photos received a room in the city of Lugo.
This we believe will promote the interest of society about the true reality of life for these groups of people.
BASES
1. The subjects of the photographs are free
2. Will be presented as received.
3. Photographs submitted for competition must be original and not awarded in other competitions.
4. The photographs must be presented in its original format, accompanied by the author's name, address, telephone number and other information considered relevant.
5. The deadline for submission of the original ending on November 13, 2006. Those originals, which have not been received before that date may not be eligible for the awards.
6. Actually participating in this competition means acceptance of the bases of the same
7. If they appear on the instant photographs of people, the picture must be accompanied by an authorization of the person depicted accepting that his portrait in the show and participate in the exhibition to be held with the pictures received.
8. Any doubt about the participation in this competition or their bases, it will be resolved by organizing the event of appeal.

AWARDS
1. Establishes the following awards:
* First Prize plaque and 1,000 €.
* Second prize, a diploma and 400 €.
* Award for humanitarian photography, diploma and 300 €.
2. The awards will be presented at an event held in the city of Lugo.
3. No prize may be declared void.
4. Each prize is awarded to a single picture and every participant can not get more than one prize.
JURY
The jury is composed of a chairman, three members and a secretary. Its members are persons nominated by the Foundation ANADE.
The decision of the jury will be announced in the act of Lugo in December to celebrate the month
RIGHTS
The organizing entity reserves the right to distribution, reproduction, publication and public communication of the photographs submitted for the award.
The only entity which hosts the 10 finalists to communicate your choice and no correspondence or other information submitted.
Participants accepted in full the present regulations.
