It is believed that the purpose of printing more drama to a photograph of Beirut, a photographer for the Reuters news agency amended.

The photography is as follows:

In the photo you can clearly see the smoke as it is in the upper left was doubled to increase it. And in the same way a building was also doubled.

This was detected by Charles Johnson in the blog Little Green Footballs. The Reuters news agency and took action on the matter, suspending the photographer involved and issuing a communique in which they actually said that the photograph was manipulated and conducted an investigation of the problem.

This is the original picture:

The manipulation of photographs has been made since the beginning of it, with many purposes. But when it comes to the manipulation of images in the field of photojournalism, it must maintain a high standard of ethics as a photographer.

But evil!
In fact the photographer literally loses the horizon: the horizon to observe extema left and between the two as "smoke" this is lost.
Chal.

And it seems that is not the first time that the photographer does it: http://www.journalism.co.uk/news/story1962.shtml

Also I read that and took all your photos from the archives of Reuters, more than 900 photos.

Let's see where this ends.
