Exhibition "Eight Visions" (Venezuela)

Eight students put their different points of view in alternating areas of El Hatillo Art Center through sixty images from Sunday May 20 at 11:00 in the morning. This work is the product of the workshop Vision staff dictated by Ana Maria Ferris in Roberto Mata Photography Workshop.

"In the course Vision Staff, my main concern is to convey to students that the picture is much more than take a camera, direct it towards our aim and shoot. The act of photographing is to create a story, it is poetry, and is also a pilgrimage into our interior. As with all travel, we enjoy, but also feel moments of loneliness, uncertainty and setbacks. " Well describes the experience photographer Ana Maria Ferris.

Helena Ayala of Acedo, Patricia Torres, Kodiak Aguero, Robert Valerio, Jose Gregorio Parra, Paula Pena, Yelitza Ascanio and Nathalie Peterssen are the eight students who participated in this creative adventure and now display their stories, the fruit of that search personnel; each one of them presents a series of 12 photographic images. "I try my students to discover and follow their intuition and creative powers and that this will translate into images full of strength and beauty. This is a story building, with emphasis on creativity, which is our true nature. "

Eight of these visions are displayed in the alternative spaces of the Centro de Arte El Hatillo since Sunday, May 20 until Sunday, June 17. The exhibition will be open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
