Exhibition "Babel" (Spain)


The Mexican director Alejandro González Iñárritu, in collaboration with photographer Mary Ellen Mark, Patrick Bard, Graciela Iturbide and Miguel Rio Branco, in this exhibition gives us his personal views on cultural diversity through the magnificent images of his latest movie " Babel. " Award for Best Director at Cannes 2006, "Babel" is the film with which the Mexican universal closes the trilogy that began with "Amores Perros" and "21 Grams."

Morocco, Tijuana and Tokyo are the scenarios in which a casting move that formed part of the international Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Gael García Bernal and Koji Yakusho, as well as non-professional actors hired in each city. In "Babel" Iñárritu continues to explore two fundamental issues for him: the loss and pain, and by extension, the failure of communication between men and a reflection of this situation in the ancient myths.
