Exhibition "Transparencies nude" (Venezuela)
26 digital photographs intercepted at the sublimation ink to give an overlap of images, textures and strokes of the female body, is the artistic photographer who brings Renato Donzelli, with its exposure of naked transparencies, which will open this Sunday January 28, at 11 am in Conference Room Photography of the Ateneo de Caracas.
Inspired by the photographic work where old roles and manipulated with chemicals to resemble the drawing and painting, creating atmospheres that further away from the real image, Renato Donzelli (Italy, 1948) apply those resources to digital photography, rebuilding pose on the subjective and female spaces dreamlike landscape. It also works in some of its uses and tear sanding to erode the image of a woman's torso, as if he had worn out over time.
Douglas Monroy, curator of this exhibition, in collaboration with the National Art Gallery, says the multiple visions of this photographer's unclothed body: "... To Donzelli, the naked body is the territory for the contest and the myth, the purpose of look, the pervasive message of warm and tangible life. It is also an emblem of power and stealthy subversion, is above all the universal symbol of femininity and sexuality .... "
This series of nudes, created between 2004 and 2005 are reflected in the second individual in this photograph of Venezuelan artist, who throughout his trip v has cultivated all forms and methods of photographic work, giving a leading role andalusia art through their participation in group exhibitions, most recently "It is going to go," last year at the Museo de Bellas Artes, Caracas
Renato Donzelli currently works as a freelance photographer in the production of art books for various museums, publishers and art galleries in the country.
The exposure of bare Transparencies, Renato Donzelli, will remain open until March, in Room Photography 1 located on the floor of the Ateneo de Caracas, in the hours Tuesday to Sunday, from eleven o'clock until five p.m. .
