The Sports Foundation Carlos Cardenas successfully launched a call for artists to achieve maximum participation in this new project whose main objective is to unify the sport and art through the game of the four corners.

NATIONAL BASEBALL HALL OF I
In order to encourage, confront, disclose and document the new proposals of contemporary art in the various manifestations of Plastic Ates in the country, as well as unifying the sport with the arts, I organized the NATIONAL BASEBALL HALL, which is an annual and grows in the spaces of the Museum of Baseball. Includes specialties: Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Graphic Arts, Arts of Fire, Folk Art and Photography We have agreed on the following basis:
Article 01. Carlos Cardenas Sports Foundation, through the Baseball Museum, invites all artists in the country to participate in the NATIONAL BASEBALL HALL I, at the opening on Sunday October 29, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. at the premises of Baseball Museum.
Article 02. It is open to all national and foreign artists with five (05) or more years of residence in the country. Creative works with individual or collective, conceptualized in baseball, during the years 2005 and / or 2006, original and unpublished.
Article 03. Artists can participate with one (01) creative work individually or collectively, which must not exceed the following dimensions: 100 x 100 x 100 cm. In case of projects on site, the costs borne by the artist and will be installed by them, according to the timetable established by mutual agreement between the Organizing Committee and the exhibitors.
Article 04. The reception of works will be carried out in the following time: from 25 July to 08 September 2006, at the Baseball Museum, located on Highway Valencia - Puerto Cabello, Mañongo Garden City. Article 05. At the time of registration, the participant artist or his representative, must approve the curriculum updated summary sheet and a photocopy of the identity card.
Article 06. For the recording of the work, the artist or his representative participant must fill out the form in question as proof of registration, which contains the rules on the reverse of the bases and will be the only valid document for their retirement. Without the paper, the work will not be released under any circumstances and / or allegation, except by personal request or express permission of the artist, recorded within the periods established for that purpose.
Article 07. The value assigned to the artist in his registration, as stated in national currency at any time be a reference in the allocation of prizes. By placing the work and assign a monetary value, the artist agrees to put up for sale, for which it authorizes the Organizing Committee of the Chamber to manage it. Realized the sale, Carlos Cardenas Sports Foundation, she collected by 30% of the total amount allocated to the artist's work and 70%, which will be deposited or paid to it, fifteen (15) business days after it specifying payment by the buyer. Article 11. • AWARD CARLOS DANIEL CARDENAS. Purchasing Sports Foundation donated by Carlos Cardenas, the award-winning works will become part of the heritage of this institution, to the best work in any specialty, consisting in bolivares ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (U.S. $ 1,500,000, oo) and Diploma.
OMAR VIZQUEL • AWARD - BEST OF GOLD GLOVES: Purchasing Sports Foundation donated by Carlos Cardenas, the award-winning works will become part of the heritage of this institution, to the best work in any specialty, consisting in bolivares MILLION (Bs . 1000000, oo) and Diploma.

Article 14. The awards are granted in the NATIONAL BASEBALL HALL I may not be divisive and will be awarded in full.
