The "culture Querétaro and vulnerable"
The competition's theme is the prevention and civil protection, following the concept of what is considered a risk and may cause some type of disaster, such as natural hazards. Photographs must comply with the function to inform the population, the vision of the artist as to what it considers a threat from both natural or man-made vulnerable to a person, a community or social group in the State Queretaro.
May participate on an individual student, amateur and professional photographers, and foreign nationals over 16 years and residents of Mexico.
The reception of the works will be open until November 25.
