The "People of my city" (Argentina)
City Bank convenes andalusia VIII Photo Bank city for professional and amateur art photography. The theme is "People of my city." This contest is open to all amateur and professional residents, and aims to stimulate creativity, fostering independent artistic productions, and social aspects disseminate and promote the dissemination and preservation of cultural heritage.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
1. The photo contest is open to all photographers, amateur and professional, Argentine residents and over 18 years. The exhibition will be held at the Centro Cultural Recoleta, in Room 7, between June 26 and July 22, 2007 inclusive.
2. The theme of this contest is "People of my city." The shots must be specific to the City of Buenos Aires.
3. No reproductions will be accepted directly or works that show captions or marks can be interpreted - in the opinion of the jury - as advertisements.
4. Any photograph submitted must be unpublished, and respond to the central theme of this contest and within the stated theme.
5. They may not participate in this City Bank staff and their families until the second degree of kinship, this restriction applies to members of the jury will not be charged registration fee.
6. Each author may submit up to two (2) works on paper Color or Black and White in a format from 24 x 30 x 40 cm and 30 cm, unmounted. Photographs will not be accepted that do not respect these dimensions, allowing up to 5 cm. tolerance and those taken with Polaroid system.
7. Photographs were taken from digital or analog, will not be accepted or digital photographic manipulations that alter the reality of the shot.
8. The jury will be composed of city officials and members of the Bank Note selected for the purpose.

10. Only the winning works will be held by the City Bank, which will integrate the assets of the institution, and all-winning and selected works will be exhibited, at the Centro Cultural Recoleta, the date specified. The works are part of the Heritage City Bank may be used in cultural activities as determined by the institution, all the cases mentioned in the author's name and title of the work. However, the author retains its intellectual property rights according to law 11723
SHIPPING AND DATES
11. The works should not carry any inscription on his forehead. At the back of each photo should appear on a label the pseudonym of the author and title of the work, if any. 12. The works will be sent in a sealed envelope or delivered in person at 611 Sarmiento, 6th floor, Capital Federal, from Monday to Friday from 10 to 16 hours. days from April 30 to June 11 inclusive, until 16 pm.
13. Works that do not meet these requirements will not be tried, out of the competition.
14. SCHEDULE OF COMPETITION Deadline for receipt of works: Monday June 11. Trial of work: Wednesday June 13. Notification of results: Thursday 14 June. Exhibition of works, from June 26 to July 22 inclusive. Awards ceremony: Tuesday, June 26. Return of works not selected: 1 to August 31, 2007.
15. City Bank, as an organizer has the utmost care in preserving the works, but will not be responsible for loss or damage suffered during the exhibition, transfer and manipulation of them. It also reserves the right to appeal in resolving any situation not covered by this regulation.
16. Works not accepted may be withdrawn at Sarmiento 611, 6th floor of the Capital from 1 to 31 August 2007, after that date, the City Bank is not responsible for their conservation.
17. City Bank may use, distribute, display, print and publish any of the winning photographs and / or mentioned in this contest for cultural purposes and not commercial.
18. The mere act of participating in this competition involves the knowledge and acceptance of these rules and changes that could make the Bank for the same city.
19. City Bank expressly disclaims any liability resulting from any damage suffered or caused by the participant.
20. To make the cash prizes, and men winners must open an account in the Bank city.
