Contest "Education Expo Argentina (Argentina)

Art. 1 - The group VAPA SA together with Fairs & Exhibitions Argentinas SA and the New Photo Club Argentino, with Nikon as a sponsor and Argentina with the aim of encouraging artistic expression and photographic hobby, organize this Competition.

Conditions for participation level and

Art. 2 - may participate, without limitation, all amateur photographers who so wish.
Art. 3 - The theme of the competition is free.
Art. 4 - The authors of the photographs competitions, divided into two categories: A-minor until 18 years (inclusive) and B-over 18.
Art. 5 - Each author may submit up to 4 works. The size of the same shall be a minimum of 18 x 24 cm. and a maximum of 20 x 30 cm. mounted in paspartout 30 x 40 cm. in black or white. Do not be accepted works that do not respect these parameters. It is mandatory that the works carried title or numbering.

Art. 6 - The works must be unpublished.
(The term unpublished, those works that have not been, prior to the date of the trial, exposed to the public, nor published in catalogs, magazines or any other media figure, or have been displayed by any means or interactive audio-visual (TV, video, Internet, etc.).
Art. 7 - The deadline for submission of the work will be until Friday, August 3, 2007. The site works will be received at the headquarters of the New Photo Club Argentino, located on the street Talcahuano 342 1 '14 "Capital, Monday through Friday from 14 to 21 hours. and Saturdays from 10 to 14 hours. They may also be sent by mail, bearing in this case as the deadline July 30.
Art. 8 - The works will participate in a single section, which will include monochrome photographs, paper and digital color. The procedures and techniques used to be free, must always be presented on photographic paper.
Art. 9 - The works must be submitted in an envelope. Not bear any inscription on his forehead and the back of each paspartout must contain: title of the book or author's name and number. Must accompany the form of participation (which accompanies the end of these bases), which will detail: pseudonym, the author's name, identity card., Address, telephone number, email address, category, quantity of works and titles of the same.
Art.10-The organizers have taken utmost care in treatment, and transfer custody of the works, but shall not be liable for losses or damage they may suffer from any cause.
Art.11-Prize-winning works will be exhibited at the Expo 2007 in Argentina Educational done in the Blue Pavilion of La Rural from 16 to Aug. 18.
The group Art.12-VAPA SA, Fairs and Exhibitions Argentinas SA and the New Photo Club Argentino reserve the right to the publication of all or part of the works presented, in all cases mentioning the name of the author. He always retains the intellectual property rights according to law 11.723.
Art.13-Subsequent to the exhibition, the works will be withdrawn by the authors as from 1 September at the headquarters of the New Photo Club Argentino, in a period not exceeding 60 days.
Last day for withdrawal of the photographs: October 30, 2007.

Adjudication and prize-giving

Art.14-The works will be judged by the Corps Juror's New Photo Club Argentino, plus a representative of Grupo Clarin.
Art.15-both categories are judged separately at the headquarters of the New Photo Club Argentino, in the presence of a representative of the organizing committee for the purpose of prosecution act as the supplier.
Art.16-The jury will have the full right to declare "outside regulations" to works that do not comply with the guidelines established.
Art.17-The verdicts of the jury are final and be included in a report to be signed by all its members.
Art.18-The jury chosen from works submitted for each category:
1st prize: Trophy Argentina Education Expo-NFCA, a reflex digital camera Nikon D-40 model kit and a 100% scholarship for a workshop or course of Specialization in the New Photo Club Argentino.
2nd Prize: Platelets Argentina Education Expo-NFCA, a Nikon digital camera model P-5000 and Fellowship of 100% for a workshop or course of Specialization in the New Photo Club Argentino.
3rd prize: Medal Argentina Education Expo-NFCA, a Nikon digital camera model L-11 and Grant of 100% for a workshop or course of Specialization in the New Photo Club Argentino.
Special Mention: Diploma Education Expo Argentina-NFCA.
In addition Mentions jury may award to approach it with the corresponding diploma and works will be accepted for display.
The awards are not cumulative.
Art. 19 - The awards will be made during the Argentina Education Expo 2007, on Saturday August 18, in time to confirm.
Art. 20 - In this edition, the award-winning works will be published in the catalog for the show.
Art. 21 - Participation implies the full knowledge and acceptance of these rules.
