Firmware upgrade for the Pentax Optio camera

The company Pentax announced the new version 1.01 firmware for Optio A10 digital camera.

This version incorporates an improvement in the functioning of the auto-focus.

This firmware is only for the model A10.

Greetings, I just want to know how can I update the camera optioA10 with this version and what are the real advantages, it is through the usb, I have to do. I just want to make sure that I will not spoil.

Those who must have for the firmware update is as follows:

- You have to have an SD card with at least 16 MB of space. The card has to be formatted in the camera and not have anything else.
- Have the USB cable
- That the battery is sufficiently charged. Preferably freshly charged or new batteries.

You download the file in the top leagues who are in the article. Once downloaded and runs in the folder that you specify leaves the update file and a text file with instructions. The update file with copies to the SD memory card, and turn the camera will automatically detect and install the update.

This firmware helps correct a problem with auto focus, so if you use this feature much if you would be helpful to improve the approach of the photos.
